Heritage Realty was founded by Marcel Leclerc, Broker of Record, in 1999. Since then, we have experienced a level of growth and success that can be directly attributed to Marcel’s unique perspective on business and real estate. From our start in a small Burlington office, Heritage Realty has enjoyed consistent growth over the years, making it the largest independent real estate brokerage in Waterdown.
