Step 1: Choosing a sales representative

Buying a home requires many important financial decisions, paperwork and negotiating. Having an expert by your side will make the overall experience much easier and enjoyable. Step 3: Picking a home

Once you’ve found your dream home and have agreed on an offer, now comes time for deposits, home inspections and insurance. You will be signing lots of paperwork, but not to worry – we will be with you throughout this entire process.
